At Growherb, we want you to feel amazing in your linen. But we also know that buying clothes online can be tricky—sometimes the fit isn't quite right, or the color looks different in your lighting. If you are not 100% in love with your purchase, we are here to fix it fairly and quickly.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
You have 30 days from the day your package arrives to request a return. To make sure your return is approved, please ensure:

The item is in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, and unused).

All tags and original packaging are still attached.

Note: Final sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return

If the item is damaged: Please attach a clear photo so we can see what went wrong.
Our team will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and next steps.

3. Return Shipping Costs
We believe in being fair:

Our Fault (Defect/Wrong Item): If we messed up, we pay. We will cover the return shipping cost completely.

Customer Preference (Change of Mind/Size): If you just changed your mind or picked the wrong size, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. We recommend using a trackable service so the package doesn't get lost.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it (usually takes 1-2 days).

Timeline: The money will be sent back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
